SUMMARY OF CHANGES
SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been added by full text:
AMENDMENT 0016
The purpose of this post-proposal closing Amendment is to: (1) Provide response to Offeror’s Question; (2) provide a Revised Price Schedule which changes the Period of Performance and (3) modify FAR Clause 52.211-10 Commencement, Prosecution and Completion of Work.
1. The revised technical and price proposal due date/time remains unchanged at 15 October 2013 at 1500 CET.
2. Offeror’s Question and Response:
Question: When removing the Item 0006, Demolition of 3373, the government has also taken away the close out time that was running concurrent with the demo. The schedule of 410 for Phase II activities is very aggressive and to push the close out back into the time frame is concerning. Can the government provide some duration beyond the 410 days for an appropriate close out period?
Response: See the Revised Price Schedule provided as Attachment 1 to this Amendment.
3. All other requirements of the Solicitation and as amended remain unchanged.
Attachment:
1. Revised Price Schedule – Dated 10 Oct 2013
