The amendment extends the proposal submission deadline to February 21, 2023 at 9:00 AM Central Time in response to questions received. It also updates the equipment list and incorporates two collective bargaining agreements. Services required include facility support at DIA headquarters, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Fort Detrick, the Defense Logistics Operations Center, the Pentagon, and other DIA sites. Offerors must have a Top Secret facility clearance, and contract employees must be U.S. citizens with TS clearances.
