About this file
This document contains a DD Form 254, which is a Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification. The form specifies that the contractor will require access to Sensitive Compartmented Information and Top Secret information to provide on-site operations and maintenance facility support services to Defense Intelligence Agency facilities in the National Capital Region, including the DIA headquarters at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, D.C., as well as locations in Fort Detrick, Maryland; Reston, Virginia; the Defense Logistics Operations Center; the Pentagon; and Charlottesville, Virginia. The contractor must obtain a polygraph issued by the customer. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency is relieved of security inspection responsibilities for any Sensitive Compartmented Information or Top Secret material released to or generated under the contract, while the agency retains oversight and inspection responsibilities for facility clearance requirements and collateral information outside of Defense Intelligence Agency facilities.
