About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the Mobile Tactical Cannon program, comprising 43 separate data items to be delivered by the contractor throughout the contract performance period. The document specifies detailed requirements for technical, programmatic, and administrative deliverables required to support development, production, and sustainment of a self-propelled howitzer system.
Key technical deliverables include a Design Review Information Package (DRIP) due 60 days after contract award covering system architecture, capabilities, survivability, and growth characteristics; ammunition ballistics data and compatibility lists; technical data packages including CAD models, bills of materials, and interface control documents; and software development plans, source code, and cybersecurity artifacts. Critical safety and engineering reports required include System Safety Hazard Analysis, Health Hazard Assessment, Safety Assessment Reports, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, transportation and POL compatibility assessments, armor suitability evaluations, and foreign ammunition compatibility analyses. Production and logistics deliverables encompass production capability plans (biweekly after 30 days post-award), logistics product data, operator and maintenance manuals, spare parts provisioning data, and availability assessments. Administrative requirements include an Integrated Master Schedule in MS Project format (monthly, first due 14 days post-award), program financial reports, Field Service Representative weekly reports, Final Inspection Records for each vehicle delivery, and Configuration Change Design Reviews as needed. Security and compliance deliverables required include OPSEC awareness training certification, Antiterrorism Level 1 training reports, TEMPEST assessment, DoD Risk Management Framework cyber artifacts, NIST SP 800-171 System Security Plans, and supply chain risk management documentation. All deliverables must be marked in accordance with DoDI 5200.48 and DoDI 5230.24 security classification guidelines, with distribution statements specified for each item.
