This document is a Solicitation Amendment for a small business set-aside contract for Protective Coatings services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington. The amendment modifies the original solicitation by extending the response due date from 09 July 2025 to 14 July 2025 and provides detailed instructions for bid submission. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type with a maximum task order limit of $8,000,000.00, covering maintenance, repair, and minor protective coatings construction work.

Key bid submission requirements include: submitting one sealed hard copy bid by 1:30 PM PST on 14 July 2025, providing a cover page with company details, a completed SF 1442, a comprehensive price list (TE-01), a letter from a bonding company demonstrating ability to obtain performance and payment bonds, and a bid bond guarantee. Bidders must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration, and the public bid opening will be held in the Dallas Conference Room at JBLM. The contract will be awarded based on price and price-related factors, with individual prices subject to annual adjustment based on the Construction Cost Index (CCI).
