About this file

This document is a Solicitation Amendment (SF 30) for Solicitation Number W911S825BA015, specifically Amendment #2 for a Protective Coatings Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington. The amendment extends the bid due date to 1:30 PM (PST) on Wednesday, 23 July 2025, and modifies the solicitation package by adding missing Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) and Technical Exhibits (TE), revising the Statement of Work (SOW), and updating bonding requirements.

Key details include a 100% small business set-aside acquisition with a contract maximum ceiling of $24.5M, a public bid opening in the Dallas Conference Room at JBLM, and specific bid submission requirements. Bidders must provide a complete Price List (TE-01), a letter from a bonding company, a bid bond guarantee, and complete online representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM). The contract will involve individual Task Orders for protective coatings maintenance, repair, and minor construction work, with the contractor required to provide materials, equipment, personnel, and a local company representative to manage and accomplish the tasks.
