Construction and Demolition (C&D) Diversion / Disposal Transaction Report Summary Project Information Diversion and Disposal Data Enter data for each destination IN TONS. Attach additional sheets if more room is required. All reports must include landfill tons or provide justification for not supplying data. Likewise, submission of blank forms must be justified (e.g., "no activity for quarter.") 1. C&D materials are those generated by construction, renovation, repair, and demolition activities. 2. Destination is the name of the facility to which C&D materials were transported. 3. Asphalt/Brick/Concrete includes diverted concrete masonry units and other C&D masonry/asphalt. 4. Land Clearing includes diverted rocks, soil, vegetation/timber (trunks and limbs), and other land clearing debris. 5. Metal includes diverted aluminum, copper, mixed metal, steel and other C&D metal. 6. Other Recyclables include diverted source separated or commingled recyclables that are not included in other recycling categories. 7. Specialty Materials include diverted ceiling tile, composition roofing, doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, glass, gypsum/plaster, insulation, paper, plastic and siding. 8. Wood includes diverted finished, structural, treated, and other C&D wood. 9. Disposal includes any C&D waste that is landfilled or incinerated. If no quantities were disposed during the quarter or project duration, indicate "NONE" in this column. IMCOM Net Zero Waste Diversion Rates: 56% (2013), 58% (2014), 60% (2015), 68% (2016), 76% (2017), 84% (2018), 92% (2019), 100% (2020).
