About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation W911QY-26-R-CUSTODIAL addressing basewide custodial services. The document provides clarifications on solicitation requirements and does not address specific products or services, response dates, or award dates.
Key clarifications include: the correct Notice ID is W911QY-26-R-CUSTODIAL (either version acceptable); the NAICS 561720 size standard is $22.0 million, not the previously listed $9.5 million; Exhibit TE-05 is the complete and intended list of project locations; TE-04 (Custodial Services Performance Standards) is the document referenced as Attachment A; offerors must provide their own pricing breakdown with no specified pricing template, emphasizing innovation and commercial best practices; and site visit details will be provided shortly, requiring completion of the Contractor Access Request Form for installation access. Additional information regarding security clearance requirements, total net cleanable square footage, surface type breakdowns, and building-specific access requirements will be addressed during the site visit. The Contracting Officer declined to provide incumbent contractor information, directing offerors to base proposals on independent work assessment rather than reliance on incumbent performance.
