About this file
This is a Technical Exhibit documenting the Performance Requirements Summary for custodial and janitorial services under a Performance Work Statement (PWS). The document establishes three primary performance requirements with corresponding standards, thresholds, and surveillance methods.
PRS #1 requires the contractor to complete all objectives outlined in the PWS section 5.3 and adhere to regulations in PWS sections 6.0 and 7.0, with a performance threshold of no more than one customer complaint per report. PRS #2 mandates the contractor respond to all special events and VIP service requests within four hours, maintaining the same one-complaint-per-report threshold. PRS #3 requires implementation of a Quality Control Plan that includes an inspection system and methods for identifying and preventing service defects, with a more stringent threshold of no more than one customer complaint per calendar month. All three performance requirements will be monitored through validated customer complaints received by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Alternate Contracting Officer (ACOR), supported by random and scheduled inspections.
