About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. Wage Determination No. 2015-4047, Revision 32, effective December 3, 2025, applies to service contracts in Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties in Massachusetts, including cities such as Boston, Cambridge, Lexington, Reading, and Worcester.

The document establishes prevailing wage rates for over 200 occupational classifications spanning administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry services, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs services, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation operations. Wage rates range from $16.57 per hour for taxi drivers to $59.40 per hour for aircraft pilots and maintenance test pilots. All occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour for health and welfare (up to 40 hours per week or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly) and $5.09 per hour for health and welfare under Executive Order 13706 ($203.60 weekly/$882.27 monthly). Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after fifteen years; a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually; and hazardous pay differentials of 8 percent or 4 percent for employees working with explosives or ordnance. Computer employees exempt under 29 U.S.C. Section 213(a) and air traffic controllers receiving night and Sunday pay differentials are subject to footnoted provisions. Uniform allowance costs of $3.35 per week are reimbursable where uniforms are required and do not involve special cleaning beyond routine maintenance.
