About this file

This is an amendment to a solicitation requesting proposals for Threat Systems Operations Maintenance and Integrated Support II (TSOMIS II) services. The amendment provides updates to the performance work statement, questions and answers, and extends the proposal due date to May 28, 2019.

The U.S. Army seeks a contractor to provide operations, maintenance, sustainment, and event support services for threat systems used in testing and training. Key requirements include engineering, configuration management, maintenance, operations, transportation, and logistics support for ground and airborne threat systems at locations including Redstone Arsenal, Fort Irwin, Fort Polk, and White Sands Missile Range. The acquisition will result in a single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for a five-year base period and two one-year options, with fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract line items. Questions regarding this solicitation amendment must be submitted to the named contracting specialist by the stated deadline.
