About this file

This is a draft request for proposal from the U.S. Army Contracting Command Orlando Contracting Center for threat systems operations, maintenance, and integrated support services. The Threat Systems Management Office requires a contractor to operate, maintain, and sustain ground and airborne threat systems for operational and developmental testing and training. Services include engineering, configuration management, testing, logistics, storage, maintenance, operations, and training support. The period of performance is a five-year base period with two one-year options for a total of seven years. The preponderance of work will be fixed-price, with some cost-plus-fixed-fee elements. The main places of performance are Redstone Arsenal, Fort Irwin, Fort Polk, and White Sands Missile Range. The solicitation requests questions on the draft by December 21, 2018 and anticipates releasing the final RFP on January 15, 2019 with proposals due March 4, 2019 and target award by November 19, 2019.
