About this file
This document contains information regarding a pre-solicitation notice for the eXportable Combat Training Capability program. The Army Contracting Command - Orlando intends to award a contract to provide the eXportable Combat Training Capability for the Army National Guard, which is their capstone training event to attain T-Level 3 readiness for Brigade Combat Teams. The goal of the program is to develop adaptive leaders and enable platoons to achieve trained proficiency in core functions. The pre-solicitation notice provides an opportunity for industry to submit questions, comments and recommendations on the draft solicitation by March 4, 2019 to improve the final RFP. The final solicitation is expected to differ from the draft provided.
