The Contract Line Item Numbers shown may be utilized in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price

Incentive Fee (FPIF), and Time and Materials (T&M) basis for DOs issued under this contract.

Each future DO will be reviewed by the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) to determine the applicable contract type to meet those requirements.

Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices

B.1 Offerors shall not provide pricing for any CLINs identified below. CLINs 0001 through

6020 are established in Section B for the sole purpose of facilitating administration of the

Contract in the Governments’ Standard Procurement System (SPS). Pricing for CLINs will be at the individual DOs utilizing the table below.

Note: The range pricing table will be populated upon contract award, utilizing the information from the cost/pricing workbook, Attachment 13.

B.2 Range Pricing- Delivery orders may be issued to procure up to the maximum amount of

25,000 units, set forth by the Offerors Firm Fixed range pricing in Section B of this solicitation.

The following pricing table below will be utilized to determine the Firm Fixed Price of IMILES

B.3 The Government may place more than one order against a CLIN. If the Government issues a second order for an additional quantity within 30 calendar days of a previous order, both orders will be combined to determine range pricing applicable to the combined quantity, and both orders will be priced accordingly. For example, an order is placed on 1 December 2009 for 500 units of a range priced CLIN. On 20 December 2009, a second order for 500 units is placed. Since both orders are within 30 calendar days, both orders will be priced at the 1000 unit range price level.

This same range pricing methodology will apply if the Government issues more than two orders within 30 calendar days.

B.4. The following Kits will not have range pricing. Range pricing for theses Kits will be negotiated per Delivery Order:
