It is a powerful tool allowing the chain of command to determine the medical and dental readiness of individuals, units, and task forces. The comprehensive Medical Readiness data includes all medical and dental readiness requirements IAW AR regulations. They include immunizations, permanent physical profiles/duty limitations, eyeglasses/inserts, blood type, medical warning tags, personal deployment meds, pregnancy screening, DNA, HIV and dental status among other data elements. |
System Name:
MEDPROS Web Data Entry (MWDE)
System Description:
| The MEDPROS Web Data Entry (MWDE) module within MODS provides a secure, online data entry portal for the posting of all immunization, medical readiness, and deployability data for all Active and Reserve components of the Army as well as DA Civilians, contractors and others. It is a powerful tool allowing those with data entry access the capability to post Immunization and Medical Readiness information updates directly into MEDPROS as they occur. It also incorporates the feed of a Soldier’s Medical/Dental/Vision readiness status to the U.S. Army Forces Command’s (FORSCOM) Deployment and Reconstitution Tracking System’s (DARTS) automated DA Form 7425 (Sections IX Medical, X Dental, and XI Vision). | System Name: |
Medical Health Assessment (MHA)
System Description:
The Medical Health Assessment (MHA) application within MODS tracks Health Assessment data for all Active and Reserve components of the Army as well as DA Civilians, contractors and other DOD personnel. It is a powerful tool allowing Military, Civilians, Contractors and their supporting Health Care Providers to complete Periodic and Deployment (Pre/Post/PDHRA) Health Assessments online and provide those DHA’s, once completed, to the Armed Forces Health Surveillance Center (AFHSC).
System Description:
The application within MODS allows global tracking of Army Soldiers who have a temporary or permanent medical conditions that may render them medically not ready to deploy.
