About this file
This is a Subcontractors List form for the CFD Stations Remodel Project, a public works initiative by the Board of Public Works and Safety for the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana. The project encompasses the remodel of three fire stations: CFD Station 345 and CFD Stations 342 and 346. Sealed bids for the project are being accepted through the City's e-Procurement Portal until 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Bidders are required to identify all proposed subcontractors who will provide work valued at five percent (5%) or greater of the total bid amount on the Subcontractors List form.
The form requires bidders to enter the subcontractor name and type of work for each proposed subcontractor, with only one subcontractor listed per work item. Upon contract award, the named subcontractors must be employed to perform the specified work unless changes are authorized by the owner. Bidders who fail to furnish all requested information may have their bids deemed non-responsive if the omission is determined to be material. Omission of subcontractor names constitutes an affirmative representation that the bidder proposes to use its own workforce for most of the work and will have no subcontractors providing work at or above the five percent threshold.
