| The rates in this CBA are lower than the rates in the SCA: |
Warehouse Specialist CBA = 17.80 vs. SCA = 18.38
H&W in CBA = 4.18 vs. SCA = 4.23
Are there any MOUs or Amendments to the CBA that perhaps cover this disparity?
Will the offeror be required to pay the higher SCA rates and H&W if awarded the effort?
Will the Government allow for a price adjustment if DOL determines that the SCA rates and H&W are to be paid to the CBA workforce?
