1. If it is the Government's intent to leave the workload blank in columns E,G,I,K of the out years 2-5 in Tab 3 of the J 29, is it the government's intent that the offerors do the same for the Hours in Column F, H, J, L, and only enter the workload factors in the individual time standards in column "D" of Tab 3. Only Major Subcontractor Cost Data shall be provided in the same level of detail as the Prime.
.1 PWS Paragraph C-5.4.1.C for Floor to Book Inventories outlines that “the contractor shall complete 2% of occupied locations annually”.
J. 23 TE 5.2 cell C206 outlines projections for 166,648 occupied locations for each year.
J.23 TE 5.2 outlines a projected workload of “180” Floor to Book and this number was inserted by the Government into the J.29.
Can the Government please advise if the projected workload for Floor to Book at “180” is correct?
J.1 PWS
J.29 J.23
Attachment J.1 - PWS paragraph C-5.4.1.C is revised to read: 2% of the High Dollar Value (HDV) locations require an annual F2B inventory.

J.23 Tab 1 TE 5.2 Row 274 lists C-5.6.2AF Next Day Delivery. Please advise if this is a typo and should read C-5.7.2AF? The preloaded data on Tab 2 and 3 (Ordering Periods 1 and 2-5, respectively) do not list C-5.6.2AF, they list C-5.7.2AF
J.29 J.23 Section L
Attachment J.23 - TE 5.2, Row 274, is corrected to read C-5.7.2AF.
A revised J.23 is provided as Attachment 2 to Amend 0003.
When reviewing workload data in J.23, we interpret there to be delivery workload associated with C-5.3.10 (on base issues) and C-5.7.1 ILS-S issues. Should this workload and associated hours be inserted into the BOE or is this workload included somewhere else?
J.29 J.23 Section L
Attachment J.29 Tabs 2 and 3 have been revised to add “Row 209” for C-5.7.1.4AF ILS-S Local Delivery Workload.
This workload equals the ILS-S Issue workload and includes DORs workload.
A revised J.29 is provided as Attachment 3 to Amend 0003.
