Please correct the J.29 file in accordance with the image we have included below.

References:
DLA Industry Day, Slide 16, outlines 360 potential delivery points with an average of 35 daily delivery points.
J.26 TE 5.6 Local Delivery and Pickup Points outlines a total of 91 delivery points labeled as “daily” and 214 delivery points labeled as “as needed,” for a total of 305 delivery points.
Questions:
(a) Please clarify the total number of potential delivery points?
(b) Please clarify the number of required daily delivery points?
(c) As the total number of issues (C- 5.3.10/C-5.7.2AF) does not equate to number of delivery points or stops, can DLA provide any additional workload associated with the delivery task? If DLA cannot provide any additional data, can the Government provide their Government estimate for the number of drivers required to meet delivery requirements for C- 5.3.10/C-5.7.2AF? Offeror does not believe sufficient information has been provided to adequately determine the FTEs required to perform this task.

DLA Industry Day Slide 16
J.26 TE 5.6 Local Delivery and Pickup Points has been revised.
On Base daily delivery points is 78.

Clarification: We understand that the current shift hours of operation are proprietary to the current service provider.
To level the field for competitors, would the Government consider providing a percentage breakdown (i.e. percentage of workforce that works 2nd and 3rd shifts)?
Amendment 2, Att 8, Question
No – as stated in Government Response to Question #53. Offerors are to propose their own staffing approach to fulfill the requirements of the PWS.
