1) Offerors shall propose one firm-fixed-unit-price per contract year for each known equipment.
2) Each proposed firm-fixed-unit-price shall include only the known equipment costs, applicable indirect costs, and profit.
3) Unless otherwise specified in the Description column, offerors shall assume a quantity of one for each known equipment.
4) The proposed firm-fixed-unit-prices shall not exceed two decimal places and shall be in United States currency.
5) The Contractor shall be paid only at the negotiated firm-fixed-unit-prices.
6) The proposed Subtotal prices in row 3006 at the end of this table are being used for price evaluation purposes for award of the contract, but the proposed firm-fixed-unit-prices will be used as
the awarded firm-fixed-unit-prices (in Section B.6) if award is made without discussions or as the basis of negotiation if award is made with discussions.
7) The Government provided formulas to transfer automatically the proposed Subtotal prices at the end of this table to the respective applicable cells under CLIN X003 in Pricing Table 7.
