Technical Performance Measures
The Contractor must provide Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) associated with the Surface Awareness Initiative (SAI) in accordance with Attachment J-1 SAI Minimum Requirements Document.

| The maximum latency between the receipt of the last bit of a valid ADS-B position message at the ground station and the display of the Target on the controller application must be less than or equal to 1.3 seconds 99% of the time. |
| Availability |
| The SAI system overall Operational Availability must be greater than or equal to 0.99 over the preceding 12 months. |
