7.1.1.a Contractor's written policy that details S/Y responsibility as detailed in 29 CFR 1915.502(.:i) (b)
7.1.1.b Contractor's written policy that details S/Y responsibility as detailed in 1915.S0S(b)(2) which details the following:
7.1.1.b.i Types of fire incidents the S/Y will respond to
7.1.1.b.ii Detail liaison between S/Y and fire department

Also if disabled the S/Y providing an ABS External Specialist to disable system. {Linked to Para. 7.4.7)
7.4 The following actions that the S/Y must take prior to
disabling the disabling Fixed Fire Suppression Systems
7.4.1 Providing adequate temporary FF appliances before
work
7.4.2 Disabled system{s) will be locked out
7.4.3 Bilges cleaned and will remain free of oil
7.4.4 Minimize oil movement
7.4.5 Ensure doors and scuttles remain accessible for escape
7.4.6 When being worked on CO2 doors must remain open
7.4.7 ABS approved vendors will disable Fixed Fire
Suppression Systems{Linked to Para. 7.3)
7.4.7.a Post placards detailing Fixed Fire Suppression disabled as entrance doors leading to protected space and gangway
7.5 Safety or fi re training prevention training that was to
occur upon arrival was:
7.5.1 Shipyard Safety Awareness Training (SSAT)
7.5.2 Conducting FF and fi re prevention training
7.5.3 Quick disconnect fitting training
7.5.4 Training on what to do when discovering a fire
7.6 - 7.6.7 S/Y provided temporary FF manifolds or any specifics of said FF manifolds
