II. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
4. PRE-PROPOSAL INQUIRIES: Offerors may submit questions regarding any WI or contractual term. No verbal requests for information will be accepted by the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist. To ensure the Government is able to adequately address and respond to Offeror questions, any questions related to this solicitation has been extended to be submitted via email no later than 14 December 2024. At the Government’s sole discretion, questions submitted after the deadline may or may not be answered by the Government. Questions must reference the solicitation number and specification page/paragraph and be submitted via email to Julian R. Thornton at Julian.R.Thornton.civ@us.navy.mil and Yarinee Tafur at Yarinee.Tafur.civ@us.navy.mil. At the Government’s discretion, questions and answers will be provided to all potential Offerors via European Navy Electronic Commerce Online (EuroNECO) website (https://euro.neco.navy.mil/ and System for Award Management (https:SAM.gov).
