About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) section detailing deliverables for RSOB Food Services operations. The deliverables are organized into four primary categories: Quality Control, Financial, Operations, and Human Resources/Administrative, with specific requirements for submission frequency and timing.
Quality Control deliverables include a Quality Control Plan due at startup (initial plan with proposal, draft at 45 days post-kickoff, final at 60 days), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) reports submitted weekly, monthly QASP review meetings, Environmental Standard Plans, and Standard Operating Plans covering safety protocols, HACCP procedures, and chemical storage. Financial deliverables require monthly Profit & Loss Statements (due by the 15th), daily Sales Reports (by 10:00 AM), monthly Commission Payments with supporting documentation (by the 22nd), an annual Key Matrix review (last Friday in August), and an Annual Statement of Gross Receipts (by January 30th). Operations deliverables include Menu and Product Mix files (startup and annual updates for CPI adjustments), Transition Plans for phase-in and phase-out, Quarterly Business Reviews, Signage and Marketing Plans, and Proposed Food Service Area Modifications. Human Resources and Administrative requirements include Staffing Plans, Employee Training Plans (with ongoing updates as needed), DC Notice of Hire Reports (within 15 business days of each hire), monthly Payroll Reports (by the 15th for non-union operations), and monthly Equipment Status reports (first Wednesday of each month). The contractor must also maintain and submit a Contractor-Owned Inventory list detailing small wares and equipment purchases.
