About this file

This document is a Price Agreement between the State of Oregon's Department of Administrative Services - State Procurement Services (DAS-SPS) and a food service products contractor covering food service products and related services for state agencies and Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (ORCPP) members. The agreement establishes a contract for procuring food service products across three service types: Grocery, Broadline Distributor, and Truckload, with multiple product categories. The initial contract term is two years, with options to extend for three additional consecutive one-year terms. Authorized purchasers include State of Oregon agencies, ORCPP members in good standing, and Washington State Master Contract Use Agreement participants.

The pricing structure allows for periodic price adjustments with limitations, including maintenance of initial pricing for a minimum of one year and subsequent price increase requests submitted no more often than bi-annually. The contractor must provide a comprehensive price list with detailed product information, including item descriptions, pack sizes, fixed prices, and local sourcing details. A Vendor Collected Administrative Fee (VCAF) of approximately 2% will be applied to gross sales, and the contractor must submit quarterly Volume Sales Reports. The agreement includes provisions for sustainability practices, product quality standards, delivery requirements, and comprehensive insurance coverage, with specific requirements for food service products' safety, quality, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
