About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a federal contract opportunity related to the C-130 aircraft. The CDRL outlines the requirement for the contractor to submit a Technical Data Inventory Listing report on a quarterly basis to the Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific (FRC WESTPAC) Contract Technical Publication Librarian (CTPL). The report will provide a listing of all technical data, such as manuals, technical drawings, and other documentation, provided by FRC WESTPAC to the contractor. The report format and content are specified, including the required data fields and electronic format. The CDRL also details the submission schedule, distribution, and acceptance criteria. This CDRL is related to a pre-solicitation notice for a multiple-award IDIQ contract to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J aircraft deployed to the Western Pacific region. The solicitation will be issued in August 2024 under full and open competition, and the period of performance will align with the existing IDIQ contract from January 2025 to July 2030.
