About this file
This is a sample consent letter template for subcontractors and teaming partners participating in RFP FA5641-26-R-0001 for the GAMT IV requirement issued by the 764 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
The letter authorizes the Government, specifically the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) and evaluation team, to disclose a subcontractor's or teaming partner's past and present performance information to the prime offeror during the source selection process. This consent is necessary because past performance information is proprietary and cannot be shared without explicit authorization. The prime offeror is responsible for obtaining completed and signed consent letters from all major subcontractors and teaming partners identified in the proposal, with all letters to be included in the Past Performance Volume. The authorization is limited exclusively to the source selection for RFP FA5641-26-R-0001 and applies only to exchanges that occur throughout the duration of the source selection process. The letter requires signature and identifying information from an individual with authority to legally bind the company, including name, company, and address.
