About this file

This is a Price Schedule template for turf treatment services at Culpeper National Cemetery covering a base year (April 10, 2026–April 9, 2027) and four optional years through April 9, 2031. The schedule itemizes eight line items per contract year, each representing a separate application or treatment job with specified timeframes and technical requirements. Services include post-emergent and pre-emergent weed control for broadleaf weeds (dandelion, clover, plantain) and weed grasses (crabgrass, goose grass, nut sedge), granular fertilization applications using 26-0-12 NPK ratio fertilizer with minimum 50% slow-release sulfur-coated urea at 4–5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft., grub control applications, core aeration with overseeding of Turf Type Tall Fescue at 8–10 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft., and related turf maintenance. Each line item is priced as a single job with unit cost and total cost columns for completion; the template contains blank fields for contractor pricing submission.

The price schedule applies to the solicitation QSE--36C78626Q50075 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration for turf treatment services at Culpeper National Cemetery. All services are scheduled across specific date ranges throughout the calendar year to address seasonal turf maintenance needs. The template does not specify response dates, award dates, set-asides, or other contractual terms; these details are contained in the related solicitation documents.
