About this file

This is a Price Schedule template for turf treatment services at Culpeper National Cemetery covering a base year (April 10, 2026 – April 9, 2027) and four option years through April 9, 2031. The contract requires eight line items of services per year, each priced as a single job, with all pricing left blank for contractor submission. Services include pre- and post-emergent herbicide applications for broadleaf and grassy weeds scheduled monthly from April through November, with specific application dates and target areas. The May and September applications include granular turf fertilization using a 26-0-12 NPK ratio fertilizer with minimum 50% slow-release sulfur-coated urea at specified application rates. The June and August line items address crabgrass, sedge (nut sedge), and broadleaf weeds. The July application controls root-chewing beetle grub larvae using granular treatment. The September application is the most comprehensive, requiring core aeration to a 4-inch depth including between headstones, over-seeding with Turf Type Tall Fescue mixture at 8-10 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft., and granular fertilization. The November application provides additional fall fertilization at 5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. All services must be applied to entire turf acreage at the cemetery. This template establishes the pricing framework for all five contract years with identical service requirements annually, allowing contractors to price each job independently or establish consistent pricing across the period of performance.
