A minimum of five years' transit marketing experience is required. The successful Proposer assumes full responsibility for existing transit advertising contracts and unamortized production costs as of September 30, 2026, with payment of all outstanding contract values due by October 15, 2026 via certified cashier's check. All marketing materials, graphics, and creative deliverables become County property.
