Project Manager/
Manufacturing Production Manager/ Lab Manager related discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
Ten (10) plus years of applicable experience commensurate with responsibilities required.
Contractor's primary manager responsible for Task Order execution and performance. Represents Contractor in communications with appropriate customer counter counterparts, with authority to make and follow through with commitments. Oversees preparation of all Task Orders.
Responsible for conducting the preparation, negotiation, acceptance and management of company contracts and subcontracts. Reviews and approves all contractual documents for protection of the company's contractual posture, satisfaction of customer specifications, and adherence to company policy, or Schedules and coordinates flow of work within or between departments of manufacturing plant to expedite production.
Establishes priorities for specific Task Orders and revises schedule according to specifications, priorities, and availability of manpower, parts, material, etc.

Contract Administrator accredited institution.
Five (5) plus years of applicable experience not required.
Prepares proposals or bids, negotiates contracts, and performs related contract administrative tasks, including the analysis of contract performance requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.
Program Analyst/ Financial Analyst accredited institution.
Five (5) plus years of applicable required.
Analyzes program activities such as program and budget planning, proposal pricing, financial management, cost analysis, and other tasks and makes recommendations, or evaluates current financial results and proposed financial plans, and makes recommendations to improve the organization's financial performance. May interface with auditors and provide information and explanation of financial matters.
Subject Matter Expert or Chief
Minimum of Ph.D. within related technical discipline from an accredited institution.

Evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering/ scientific/analytical techniques, procedures, and criteria under the guidance of a senior engineer/scientist/analyst. Requires knowledge in the subject matter of the functional area of the assignments, and conducts work requiring interpretation of standard instructions, techniques, and procedures. Assignments have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables.
Assignments may include working in a team involving technicians and specialists.
Configuration Management Specialist
Minimum of High School diploma with a preference for an Associate Degree in recognized field of applicable
Responsible for the configuration management planning, configuration identification, change control, configuration status and accounting, and configuration audits.

Sr. Engineering Technician
Minimum of Associate Degree in recognized field of Engineering or Science from an accredited institution.

Provides technical support to engineers working in such areas as research, design, development, testing, operations, or manufacturing process improvement. Works with schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, or defined plans or procedures to perform assembly, manufacturing, inspection, testing, troubleshooting or operations functions on components, equipment or systems. May work with computer aided design (CAD), conduct engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect design data, assist in research work, support design cycles, or support operations processes.
