1.1 GENERAL BID NOTES

a. For CLINs 0001H through 0001S enter unit prices and extended totals in spaces provided. If there is a difference between a unit price and the extended total, the unit price will be held to be the intended bid and the total recomputed accordingly. If an

Offeror provides a total but fails to enter a unit price, the total divided by the specified quantity will be held to be the intended unit price.

b. The Government may reject an offer as nonresponsive if it is materially unbalanced as to prices for the basic requirement and the option quantities. An offer is unbalanced when it is based on prices significantly less than cost for some work and prices which are significantly overstated for other work.

c. Failure to enter a price for any CLIN will result in a proposal being rejected.
