2.2.2 Required Design
Submittals
This required design submittal indicates 35% and 65% Design Development submissions are required for the non-critical path design packages. Due to the simplicity and scale of this project, and the short CCL, would the Government consider reducing this to 1 typical 65% Design Development Submission?
Currently the Government will not reduce the stated number of Design Development submissions, but reserves the right to truncate or forgo a design submittal requirement dependent on the evolution and progress of design and construction and if it's deemed beneficial for all parties.
