About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for the design and construction of a P197 aircraft maintenance hangar at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point in North Carolina. The Navy seeks a fixed-price contract to build the hangar, demolish existing facilities, perform environmental remediation, and construct an attached parking structure.
The contractor must provide lump-sum pricing for design and construction of the hangar, site work, parking levels, demolition, and environmental remediation. Optional items include specialized flooring, raised access flooring, and additional parking levels. Planned modifications cover procurement and installation of furniture, audiovisual equipment, and fabric structures. The amendment updates the price proposal form and removes a clause on COVID safety protocols. Responses are due by the date specified in the solicitation. Award will be made based on the total price of required line items.
