About this file
This document provides instructions for accessing the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane facility in Indiana as well as details for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) opportunity. The contract is a design-build/design-bid-build IDIQ opportunity for minor construction, renovation, and repair projects at NSA Crane and the nearby Glendora Test Facility in Sullivan, Indiana. All visitors without a Common Access Card badge or DBIDS badge must submit a SECNAV 5512 form at least four business days in advance to undergo a background check, which screens for felonies and terrorist watchlist matches. The instructions outline requirements for valid identification, insurance, vehicle registration, entry and exit through the Crane gate, and providing accurate personal information on the form. The solicitation is set aside for total small businesses and was issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for an indefinite contract period.
