A1 - GS Series (GS_50_CS (NG)) Description
Gas Fired: Indoor – GS CS Condensing High Efficiency GSSelf-Contained Condensing Gas-fired Humidifier (Isothermal Technology) Designed for quality energy-efficient installations, can be configured to use natural gas or propane gas energy. This isothermal system produces mineral free, odorless, sterile steam. Steam is generated at atmospheric pressure inside a fully insulated stainless steel tank. All models feature full frontal access via removable panels. The unit arrives completely assembled inside a satin coat, powder paint, corrosion and scratch resistant cabinet; allowing certified zero clearance to combustibles. With condensing technology, exhaust temperatures operate between 120-140 °F (49- 60 °C). The Internal Drain Water Cooler tempers drain water to 140 °F (60 °C), or cooler, to meet local plumbing codes. The unique stainless steel vertical heat exchanger, fully contained within the tank, minimizes the floor space requirements. Utilizing a pre-mix, variable speed blower and a negative pressure gas regulating valve, an ideal fuel air mixture is maintained, providing the highest possible combustion efficiency at all outputs.
Steam distribution can be achieved using steam distributors or Short Absorption Manifolds (SAM-e) for AHU/duct installation, or Remote Mounted Blower Pack (RMBP) for direct space applications.

A7 - Mini SAM-e (2577719) Description mini SAM-e - Short Absorption Manifold 'Enhanced' CONDAIR's best performing steam absorption system for use in ducts ranging from 12" (30.5 cm) wide x 8" (20.3 cm) high.
The mini SAM-e distributes clean steam, precisely controlled, uniformly into the entire air stream, and void of any condensate spray. Steam distribution takes place via distributor tubes with integrated nozzles. The steam is kept dry as condensate is drained through the low profile header.
The distribution tubes come equipped with evenly spaced stainless steel nozzles providing optimum steam distribution, over the entire length of tube.
The nozzles extend into the center of the distribution tube ensuring only condensate-free steam is released. Condensate drains out of the distribution tubes, through the header, eliminating the need for jacketed tubes. A permanent bond between the nozzles and distribution tubes is made when the insert is hydraulically pressed into the tube. The nozzles and tubes have the same thermal expansion characteristics guaranteeing a permanent union. The specifically sized orifices ensure consistent output from each insert.
The inlet adapter enables you to pipe steam line(s) from a humidifier directly to the short absorption manifold (SAM-e). Every steam outlet comes with a 1 ft long flexible steam hose and 2 clamps for a simple connection to the hard pipe between the humidifier and SAM-e.
FEATURES
· All stainless steel distributors and nozzles ensure permanent bond
· Stainless steel header with rubber grommet seals for easy installation of distribution tubes
· Includes hose cuffs and clamps for steam line connections
· Available with 3" or 6" center to center distributor spacing
· Atmospheric steam
· Ten year limited warranty

A9 - Mini SAM-e (2576890) Description
SAM-e Header Insulation: compatible with all SAM-e and mini SAM-e headers.
Constructed from high quality 304 stainless steel, this shielding provides an insulating air gap around the header. The insulating air-gap significantly reduces energy losses from hot distributor headers. Insulation can be factory installed on new orders or easily retrofit to existing installations. When ordering, order insulation to match header length.
FEATURES
· Improve energy efficiency by as much as 70%.
· Reduced condensate losses.
· Minimal heat gain into air-stream.
· Aerodynamic design minimizes pressure losses.
· Fiberglass free and non-hygroscopic for hygienic operation.
· Easily retrofit to existing installations.
· Maintenance free.
· Header insulation consists of a stainless steel shield that is clamped onto the distributor header, leaving a small gap for the steam tubes to protrude. Contact and heat transfer between the insulating shield and the tube is prevented by using strips of synthetic foam insulation. The resulting air gap around the header reduces heat transfer through conduction and convection, while the reflective surfaces minimize heat transfer through radiation.

A12 - Mini SAM-e (1509799) Description
Steam DISTRIBUTOR, Type MB for mini SAM-e, suitable for capacities up to 20 lbs/hr (9 kg/hr). Constructed of 1.5" O.D. (3.8 cm) 304 stainless steel tubing, the distributors can accommodate duct heights between 12"- 24" (30.5 cm - 61.0 cm) for in-duct header mounting. Each distributor has 28 stainless steel nozzles to evenly disperse steam into the duct or air handling unit.
The steam tubes come equipped with evenly spaced stainless steel nozzles providing optimum steam distribution, over the entire length of tube. These nozzles extend into the center of the steam tube ensuring only condensate-free steam is released. Condensate drains out of the steam tubes, and through the header, eliminating the need for jacketed tubes. A permanent bond between the nozzle and steam tube is made when the nozzle is hydraulically pressed into the tube. They have the same thermal expansion characteristics guaranteeing a permanent union. The specifically sized orifices ensure consistent output from each nozzle.
Mini steam distributors are available with optional 304 stainless steel insulation. Tube insulation consists of two 304 stainless steel shields, which are clamped onto the distributor tubes forming an insulating air gap around the tube while leaving a small gap for the nozzles to release steam. Contact and heat transfer between the insulating shields and the tube is prevented by using strips of synthetic foam insulation. The air gap reduces heat transfer through conduction and convection, while the reflective surfaces minimize heat transfer through radiation.
FEATURES
· Capacities of 20 lbs/hr (9 kg/hr) per tube.
· Nozzle design ensures only condensate-free steam is dispersed and prevents spitting.
· Stainless steel nozzles are pressed into tube ensuring permanent bond.
· Available insulation improves energy efficiency by as much as 70%.
· Can be retrofit with insulation in the field.
· Maintenance free.
· Ten year limited warranty.
