About this file

This document provides an amendment to a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Construction Contract for minor construction, renovation, and repair projects at two government facilities. The amendment makes revisions to the statement of work, provides information from the pre-proposal conference, incorporates an additional seed project, and includes additional clauses regarding prohibited telecommunications equipment and NIST SP 800-171 assessments. Relevant changes include revising language around salvaging transformers and electrical panels, clarifying power sources, and describing efforts to prevent the use of covered defense telecommunications equipment. This contract is a total small business set-aside being solicited by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for construction services at the National Security Agency Crane facility in Indiana and the Glendora Test Facility in Sullivan, Indiana.
