RE: Response to PPI #21

For all telecommunications, all new incoming pathway(s) will be from MHB15-2 into the new facility. All other exterior pathways to MHB15-2 exist except from MHB15-2 into the building. From MHB15-2 into the building, provide a total of three (3) 4 inch conduits. One conduit per system (fiber and copper) and one spare. Conduit(s) must be concrete encased - reference the RFP Part 5, UFGS 33 82 00, Part 2.2.4 Pathways.

Provide 100 pair copper from RP3-1 to MHB15 then to MHB15-1 and then through a series of manholes to MHB15-2. From MHB15-2, provide 25 pair into the building. See copper.pdf for location of RP-3 and P680 CommView.pdf for MHB15-2 location.

Provide 72 strands ALTOS (trunking) fiber from MHB9 through a series of manholes to MHB15-2. From MHB15-2, provide 12 strand fiber into the building. See fiber.pdf for location of MHB9 and P680 CommView.pdf for MHB15-2 location. Provide fabric innerduct within conduit.

All splicing will be done by Base Personnel. Contractor will test all wiring and provide results to the government and Base Telephone POC.
