MASA Question and Answers N00174-19-R-0171 June 26, 2019
1. Question: I have built all of these items in Table 1 Task 4 numerous times and the table list both SK-IH-12019 and SK-IH-12018 in the same box, are we to add the pricing together and put 1 price for these 2 items? On the next box you have 3 separate parts that make up the partial case assembly ...do you want the total price of all three parts or individual prices?
Response: A single price for all items contained in the E-CAPS receiver board assembly list. Please see Pricing Sheet amendment dated May 15, 2019.
2. Question: Are we expected to provide pricing for each CLIN on SF33 Document Section B and write it on the SF33?
Response: CLIN pricing is not the same as Task example parts pricing. CLIN prices will be requested when a delivery order requirement is issued and awarded on a LPTA basis.
3. Question: If we are supposed to fill out section B, please clarify what are the difference between the various Options within the same tasks (Task 1: Option 2, Production Hardware; Task 1: Option 2, Production Hardware; Task 1: Option 3, Production Hardware)?
Response: The difference is the base is what we expect to award now and the option periods are potentially what the Government may choose to award at a later time.
4. Question: In Questions and Answers, we see that it is permitted to have page one of SF 33 submitted in PDF format, but all remaining pages much be in compliance with Section L format specifications (Microsoft Office). The solicitation document is sent to us in PDF format are we expected to convert the document to a word document and submit as a word document to the government?
Response: Please see solicitation amendment posted on June 21, 2019.
5. Question: Do we have authorization to hand-carry our submission to the address stated on Line 7 of the SF33 or is hand-carrying only approved with a depository location (which is not listed in Line 9 of SF33)?
Response: Yes, regardless of the method of submission, it is the Offerors responsibility to ensure that both the complete hard copy and digital submission is received by the exact date, time and place as illustrated in the solicitation.
