MASA IDIQ Solicitation No.: N00174-19-R-0107 Questions and Answers July 11, 2019
1. Question: it appears that drawing 8568244 replaces drawing number 8395289. Please confirm and provide an update to Section L, Table 1, Task 4 and the Attachment 1 Price List. If this is not correct, we respectfully request drawing 8395289 be provided to Offerors to allow for accurate quoting and response to the solicitation.
Answer: Please see question 11 Question response dated May 24th. The drawing labeled 8568244 and 8568267 are given for reference only for the missing PWB and assembly drawings for 8395289. The gerber file drawing number still stays 8395289 which is the proper part number.
11. Question: 8395288 & 8395289 are missing PWB and assembly drawings.
Response: The revisions of the drawings posted do not have PWB or assembly drawings. However, we are posting the PWB and assembly drawings for a new revision for reference for quoting purposes. Please request this updated drawing if you plan to submit for task 4. (MASA Task 4 Rev B.zip)
2. Question: Per the Q&A dated 16 May 2019, the Government states 8421138 is a typo in Section L, Table 1, Task 4 and should be 8395287; however, as of the latest Amendment, Section L, Table 1, Task 4 still reflects 8421138, as does the Attachment 1 Price List. We respectfully request the government update Section L, Table 1, Task 4 and the Attachment 1 Price List to remove 8421138 and replace with 8395287.
Answer: An amendment was posted on July 10, 2019.
3. Question: The responses to questions 2 and 3 in the Q&A dated 26 June 2019 appear to contradict. Please confirm that the only pricing to be provided with this response is the Attachment 1 Price List and Section B does not need to be completed at this time.
Answer: The only pricing required with this response is the Attachment 1 Price List for the quantities listed; Section B does not need to be completed at this time.
4. Question: Please confirm the Government intends to provide Functional Test Firmware as GFM/GFE.
Answer: For the purposes of quoting for this solicitation the Offeror will not need to perform any functional tests, so no firmware will be provided to the Offeror.
5. Question: Is the Government able to provide additional information on the specification of part number N5144R6 on assembly SK-IH-12019 to allow for accurate quoting?
Answer: Additional information on the specification of part number N5144R6 will not be provided.
6. Question: It is my understanding that we are responsible for pricing the Items on the Threshold Non-Seaport Price Sheet for the Base year only, not Options 1-4 future year pricing) . Please advise if my assumptions are correct.
Answer: Yes the assumption is correct, the only pricing required with this response is the Attachment 1 Price List for the quantities listed; Section B does not need to be completed at this time. These items are for cost comparative purposes only and are not the actual items being bought, option year pricing for these items is not needed.
