In Attachment S-2 in the red text it indicates that there is a
“Number of Assessments table” with a projected number of assessments. We have been unable to locate this table. Request that the Government provide this table to enable offerors to identify the number of Assessors required to support the contract.
Attachment S-2 has been updated via amendment

Our previous question, which was Q&A #19 in Amendment 2, may not have been clear in its intent. The question was not in reference to inclusion of a CD-ROM as part of proposal submission and Section L requirements, but rather C.3 requirements, which don’t reference if a CD-ROM, containing all availability WIs, will be required with the submission of the completed work package for publishing an availability within
NMD. Will the contractor be required to publish a CD-ROM containing all WIs at the completion of planning for an availability?
Offeror’s may be required to publish a CD-ROM, see
Solicitation Section C 2.6.2.
