Insert the contract number and Order Number For each contract, indicate the tasks that were required as part of the contract SOW/PWS by adding an "X" in the applicable box Insert the period of performance of the contract or delivery order List the name of each site that required the offeror to provide intermediate level aircraft maintenance. Add additional columns to capture additional sites if needed.
List the various T/M/Ss at each site that were supported. If there were multiple T/M/Ss at a single site, show them all in the same cell.
Show the total aircraft quantity (sum of all T/M/S) at each site Provide the number of maintenance actions and maintenance manhours per month for each site. Provide an explanation in the footnote* that explains where the data is housed (e.g., OOMA, Contractor MIS, in a CDRL in a Government Website) in the event verification of this information is required.
