AMENDMENT 1

Amended Section L Part B, 1.0 Volume 1: Executive Summary to allow for the Contractor to provide a letter in lieu of giving the Government the actual required license agreements. The Government is not going to evaluate the license agreements; the Government just needs to make sure they are in place. If the Government has a letter certifying that they are in place, and allow for the performance of the PWS, then that is all that the Government needs for an Offeror’s responsibility determination.
Updated Part B, 1.0 Volume 1: Executive Summary. Under Paragraph (i) it stated that the Offeror shall include “A concise abstract of the Offeror’s strategy for each of the evaluation criteria contained in the solicitation”. This sentence has been updated to read, “A concise abstract of the Offeror’s strategy for each of the evaluation criteria contained in the solicitation, with the exception of price”.

Paragraph 5.9 Transportation and Paragraph 5.9.1 Shipping both stated “the Contractor shall meet the Performance Metrics, Appendix (F).” However, in the Performance Metric document, page 4, there was a blank row where those PWS paragraph reference should have been.
