Engine Records Package Report This Data Item Description (DID) contains format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract and described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the contract SOW. The DID is for one-time use for solicitation N00019-10-R-0039.
Requirements:
1. Format. Contractor format is acceptable 2.
Content. The report shall include the following:
2.1.
Maintenance History Data: Using Airline Transport Association (ATA) numbering system, a complete maintenance history of each shop visit shall be provided. Data shall be submitted for all engines inducted into the Contractor's facility for rework/repair and shall contain:
a. Inspection results
b. Action taken- repair/ replace
c. Serial Number installed
d. Serial Number of inspected part
2.2.
The report shall contain the configuration status for each engine, actions taken to incorporate Service Bulletins, Power Plant Changes, Technical Orders, Technical Directives, and Time Compliance Technical Orders.
2.3 The report shall also include sufficient level of detail to fully reflect current status: (i.e. if complied with, then describe in detail the method of compliance if more than one option was available)
a. Document number
b. Equipment affected
c. Serial Number of equipment affected
d. Current and complete status: i.e. completed, awaiting kits, etc.
2.3.
A records package shall be prepared as a part of engine acceptance.
