About this file
This is a Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire used by the FAA to assess contractor personnel access requirements for potential contract awards.
The questionnaire requires contractors to provide the total estimated number of employees (full-time, part-time, and subcontractor personnel) who will support the contract throughout its duration, with an optional attachment listing proposed personnel. For each labor category anticipated on the contract, contractors must identify the position title(s) and estimated number of employees. Labor categories may be specified by the FAA or, if not pre-defined, may use contractor-designated categories. For each labor category, contractors must indicate whether employees will require: (1) routine access to FAA facilities (defined as more than one day per week) for more than 180 days; (2) access to FAA computer systems or networks; or (3) access to FAA Sensitive Unclassified Information (SUI), including building or land designs, drawings, research and development materials, and operations plans. The questionnaire provides template sections for at least three labor categories with the option to add additional categories as needed. The responses enable the FAA to determine appropriate investigation requirements and badging needs for contractor personnel in the event of contract award.
