About this file
This is a Safety Exhibit document for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in California for the procurement of Specialty Paper on an as-needed basis. The IFB (C250238) establishes a one-year initial term effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with no guaranteed usage. The procurement includes specific safety requirements and standards that vendors must comply with during the performance of this contract. The document outlines the safety protocols, procedures, and certifications necessary for vendors to qualify as bidders and maintain compliance throughout the contract period.
The budget allocated for this specialty paper procurement is $200,000 for the initial one-year term. Vendors must meet all safety requirements detailed in the exhibit to be considered qualified bidders. The exhibit establishes mandatory safety standards and compliance measures that vendors must implement and maintain during contract execution. This procurement is open to qualified vendors willing to provide specialty paper products in accordance with OCTA's specifications and safety standards, with the potential for renewal beyond the initial term subject to performance and mutual agreement.
