About this file
This is a Price Summary Sheet (Exhibit B) for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 250238 issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for the procurement of Specialty Paper on an as-needed basis. The contract has an initial one-year term effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with a budget of $200,000. Vendors must submit pricing proposals by electronically entering unit prices for each line item into the OpenGov system, with all required fields completed to avoid non-responsive determinations. The estimated quantities provided are for evaluation purposes only and do not guarantee any maximum or minimum purchase amounts.
Pricing must be firm-fixed for the entire contract term, incorporating all direct costs, indirect costs, freight, and profit. No price increases are permitted during the blanket purchase order term; however, all price decreases will automatically be extended to the Authority. Contractors must provide itemized invoices with supporting documentation for parts exceeding $500 and substantiate actual costs of replacement parts, with payment contingent upon provision of such proof. Contractors guarantee that quoted prices are equal to or less than prices quoted to any other local, state, or federal government entity for services of equal or lesser scope. The Authority reserves the right to enforce, adjust, negotiate, or cancel escalating price contracts and requires a minimum of ninety days advance notice in writing for any price adjustments supported by bona fide proof of cost increases. No retroactive price adjustments will be considered, and the net dollar amount of profit must remain firm throughout the contract period.
