About this file
This Scope of Work document supports an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for the provision of specialty paper on an as-needed basis. The procurement covers a one-year initial term effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with no guaranteed usage volume. The specialty paper is intended for use across OCTA's operational and administrative functions. The document establishes the specifications, quality standards, and delivery requirements that bidders must meet to be considered for award. The contract includes provisions for potential renewal options beyond the initial one-year term, subject to mutual agreement and continued operational need.
The budget allocation for this procurement is $200,000 for the initial one-year contract period. Payment terms and pricing structures are to be established based on the competitive bid process, with successful vendors required to supply materials according to OCTA's specifications and delivery schedules. As an as-needed contract with no guaranteed minimum purchase, actual expenditures may vary based on OCTA's operational requirements throughout the contract term. The procurement is open to qualified vendors meeting the technical and administrative requirements outlined in the Scope of Work.
