AMENDMENT 0005
The purpose of Amendment 0005 to Solicitation HTC711-22-R-C003 is to complete the following actions:
a) Revise Addendum to FAR 52.212-1(b)(12)(f)(3)(ii), to state: “Subfactor 2 – Reporting Dictionary. The Offeror shall submit a reporting dictionary. The offeror may complete the spreadsheet provided at Attachment 5, Reporting Dictionary, or utilize their own template provided it includes the required elements outlined in 52.212-2(a)(1)(iii)(b). If utilized, the supplied Attachment 5, Reporting Dictionary contains instructions for completion of the spreadsheets in the first tab titled “Instructions”.”
b) Revise the paragraph found at FAR 52.212-2(a)(1)(iii)(b) to remove the reference to “Attachment 5”. The revised paragraph now states: “Subfactor 2: Reporting Dictionary: To be rated Acceptable, the offeror’s Reporting Dictionary submission shall be completed for all data sources provided in PWS Appendix 6.10.
The offeror shall provide the Government a data feed dictionary containing comprehensive data feed metadata as outlined in paragraphs 6.10.2, 6.10.3, 6.10.4.8.1., 6.10.4.13, and 6.10.4.14 of Appendix 6.10."
c) Revise FAR 52.212-1(b)(12)(e)(3) to include the statement that PDFs are an acceptable format for Volume I-III. Amendment 0004 made a revision to FAR 52.212-1(b)(12)(b), to allow for documents to be submitted for Volume I, II, and III in PDF format, but did not update the language found in FAR 52.212- 1(b)(12)(e)(3) to reflect the same.
d) Create PWS Paragraph 2.3.1 and mark as “Reserved” as the numbering convention for the sub-paragraphs found under PWS Paragraph 2.3 “Contract Rates” initially started with PWS Para. “2.3.2.”. PWS Paragraph
2.3.1 was created and marked as “Reserved” in order to ensure existing references to the current PWS paragraphs will not be impacted.
