AMENDMENT 0004
The purpose of Amendment 0004 to Solicitation HTC711-22-R-C003 is to complete the following actions:
a) Revise Addendum to FAR 52.212-1(b)(12)(b), to include the statement: “Documents submitted in PDF format are also acceptable for Volumes I, II and III.”
b) Revise Addendum to FAR 52.212-1(b)(12)(f)(1)(d) to state: “Provide company/division’s street address;
CAGE, and Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) numbers.” By 4 April 2022, the Federal Government will stop using the DUNS number to uniquely identify entities. After 4 April 2022, entities doing business with the Federal Government will use a UEI created in SAM.gov.
c) Revise Appendix 6.10. The table found under paragraph 6.10.3.9 has been revised to include the statement:
“Required when available" for “Total Shipment Discount Amount”, “Origin Pickup Residential Indicator”, and “Shipment Delivery Residential Indicator”. A footnote has been included at the bottom of the table stating: “Required when available” is defined as not optional and is required when the data is captured or resident in any system within the contractor's network.”
d) Revise Appendix 6.10 to correct an administrative error in the paragraph numbering. Appendix 6.10 had two paragraphs labeled “6.10.3.9”. As a result of this administrative change, paragraph “6.10.3.9. Shipment Delays Data Elements.”, and paragraph “6.10.3.10. Shipment Accessorials Data Elements.” were re-numbered as “6.10.3.10. Shipment Delays Data Elements.”, and paragraph “6.10.3.11. Shipment Accessorials Data Elements.”
